 Sorry for the lack of...anything. I've pretty much ignored this thing for the last year. I need to not do that >>. Here's a quick update to slowly get this thing back in shape again. A character I'm playing around with for a project I'm doing outside of work.

What I've been up to

I've been super busy with work and life and not having a life and everything lately, but I think I'm overdue for a blog update. Lately I've been trying my hand at doing Munnys; they're a sort of vinyl toy people customize. Real cool. I've also gotten back into sculpting and tried making my own Destroyer Buff Monster along with some friends from work =D. Will update again once I've got more progress on it.
I also feel I should change the layout of my blog. The cartoony colors are starting to bother me...Any suggestions?

This morning I ate a Bagel

And it was delicious. Sorry for the MIA. I've recently moved to Montreal to work at a gaming studio as a 2D Artist/Character Designer. I absolutely love my job and it's everything I thought it would be =D. Here are a few doodles I've done a while ago but just didn't have the time to up till now. Busy busy! The top one is a witch and the bottom ones are just dogs I've seen in my neighbourhood. Col erase.

Exactly 10 minutes ago it was my bestest pal Cathy's b-day! Drew this up for her =D. She really digs Jet Set Radio hahahaha. HAPPY B-DAY CATHY!!!

8D!

This is my dog, his name is Browny. He is big and round and is the best est dog in the world. Yesterday someone in my neighborhood set off some fireworks and that scared the dog, so he hid under my bed. In order to get him out, we pretended that there was someone at the door, but instead of leaving the underbed, he just started barking in the direction of the door. My, Hero =D!

It's MINI-KNIGHT!

I had this idea for a game where you play as a tiny knight who fights HUGE MONSTERS and all his attacks were UBER EEEEEPPPIC. Or something like that. The idea sounded awesome in my head....Tremble with fright! It's MINI-KNIGHT!

A digital painting practice inspired by a series of events that both amuse and confuse me. It's further along than this right now, so I should be putting it up soon. Zoo Round 2!

So, I was courteously invited to the first year's Zoo Trip by the wonderful Cathy. It was a lot of fun, and the animals were actually a bit more active. Still cleaning up some more, but these go up for now.

There's no reason behind this other than I was home for more than 3 hours hahaha. He's a little unfinished, but we'll see how much progress I make on it when I have time.

This is the animated short I worked on during my internship at Cuppa Coffee Studios in 3rd year. I know, it's a bit overdue, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't violating anything by putting it up now. I worked on most of the stages of development for this short (Lighting, Set/Props, Animating and Compositing). If you haven't seen It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, you should check it out.
